Help... How to change the boot logo

Google doesnt throw up anything useful so its quite possible you cant change the logo.

I posted after intensitive search and could not find it for specifically model SRT 4620. I have a set of sw such as Hex editor, TMpgen,..
I appreciate ur help if u can.
