help needed to program my mr

II am trying to program the MR from UCAS3.1 using fun cards 5, but when i tried to download the first time i got an error, but now when i try to go into the download section is not letting me :confused

do i need to reset the MR somehow?

perhaps your mr is blocked now :( do U have UCAS2?
