Help needed with a Hotel Satellite system

After years of doing my own systems and often system for friends etc for nowt I have been offered the chance to tender for a Hotel installation and maintenance - 126 rooms.

I know its going to be expensive as they require 26 inch TVs in the rooms. The multi sateliites I can handle, its the control system and distribution I don´t know where to start.

They don´t want the old style coin slot tellies, they want computer control at reception so you either pay in advance or get a bill at the end of the stay and I think they want to tier the prices depending on programmes required and obviously control the accidental or otherwise access to Adult materials.

Can anyone give me details, or point me in the right direction. I would be really grateful.

PayTV IPTV on such a large scale project will require expert advice; most probably outside the scope of a hobby forum.

There are some very clever chaps on here so hopefully someone will come back. I have found a couple of books on the subject which I am going to order. I have found some IPTV providers so in this instance I willl probably buy a packaged system. It will give me valuable experience and if it goes well the group has two other (larger Hotels) which I could then tender for and maybe source components from different suppliers.
