help required with hard drive

My Satellite Setup
Dreambox 8000
Dreambox 800
Dreambox 500
My Location
uk
I have just fitted a hard drive to my 7000s, I can record and view the program ok from my hard drive in my dreambox but the problem I got is how the hell do I delete the recorded file from the hard drive. Im using Colosseum image 1.1.
Also I have a dm500s box what I want to do is be able to watch recorded programs from my 7000s streamed to my 500s accross the local network is this possible

Im sure you have found out by now, but just for other newbee`s
Highlight the recorded film you wish to delete
Press menu button
Then scroll down to Delete
Press ok
Done
