Help Wanted with motorhome sat system

My Satellite Setup
I have a Kathrein UFD 540 fitted to a automatic dish on the roof of my camper
My Location
South Wales
I have bought a motor home with a Kathrein UFD 540 receiver and a autodish fitted to the roof.
I have not got the remote control for this receiver,and have been told they are no longer available,and the remote is needed to operate the system, I will need to change the compleate system including the dish as new recievers will not work the dish.
Can I get a remote,or universal remote or change the receiver for 1 that will work with my dish already installed.
Can anyone help

It seems a shame to ditch the unit for just a lack of remote, if I was you I would have a punt for £11.00 and get my hands on either of these it is quite likely it would work

Robert is still doing motor home installations and has kept a large number of spare parts to repair older systems. If he hasn't got a remote control, it's unlikely anyone else has.
