Help with Maplins 2 input 5.8GHz video sender Nikkai A96JJ

Windows XP from dual core 3,6ghz processors
Freview digibox by Humax
My Location

I installed the kit yesterday and the sender delivered picture of good quality to my remote TV from my Humax 9300 digibox, but I could not change the digibox using the remote sender built into the Nikkai Kit.
Today I cannot get pictures from the digibox but I can change it using the inbuilt link.
Running a samsung TV as my remote
Any ideas please

Make sure the "eye" is adjacent the the receiving port on the digibox ie a clear line of sight to the front panel.

Hi there
I have no problem changing the digibox from the remote location I can stop and start the the HDD in the digibox pause etc.
What I cant do now that I could do when I first set it up is get picture from digibox via sender to remote TV via receiver. From 1st set up to now the location of the TX and RX have not changed.
Is it worth taking it all apart and re plugging everything the Maplin help line at £0.50 seems to be a bit steep
