Help with Nikkai Video Sender/Receiver

I've rrecently bought a Nikkai 5.8GHz input Wireless Audio Video Sender/Receiver. It works absolutely fine for about 15-20 minutes, then seems to gradually lose reception (white lines across screen, buzzing noise, complete loss of reception for a few seconds).

The Sky+ box it's coming from is only in the next room. This always happens, so I've ruled out interference from other appliances.

Why the loss of reception? Can anyone help please?

I do not see why you have ruled it out, what you describe sounds exactly like a mobile phone confirm which cell you are using call to base signal. My wife can be in the loft extension with her mobile phone and I get the white lines then the noise and sometimes it blanks out TV reception downstairs, probably due to ther proximity to the aerial, it does however seem to be phone model dependent.

So rather than rule it out I would investigate further.
