hi i live in kuwait an i have 2 sats hotbird and nilesat i pressed the factory setting button and all the channels disappeared i have no idea how to get them back or even wat the prob is could some tell wat settings shold i put for transponder lnb type
low freq high freq 22k 0/12 v
diseqcs switch settings lnb power ??
 
Welcome to the forum.
Can you give us an idea of exactly what set up you have and receiver. You will most probably need to setup DiSEqC 1.0 control for the two satellites.
 
Normally after a factory reset, the only thing you'll need to change is the DiSEqC setting, so try Hotbird on A and Nilesat on B, if that doesnt work, try it the other way around.
