my question is are they reliable has anyone else used them, also how does the cash on delivery work??

Hi,

I've used this company twice, to buy my HD receiver and my Gibertini. Their service is excellent, sending emails in English and German and goods arrived well packed, just as ordered.

Bear in mind however, that they delivered to me in France and additionally I haven't used their COD service. But I don't think you would have a problem with them.

thanks m8, so does the cod work like this

i order the stuff, it gets delivered and i hand the cash to the courier driver or do i pay the site after i recieve products??

not sure how that works but i ordered from them to england and it arrived in 2 days by ups. i paid with credit card.

i've had a few things from them with out any problems.

Yes, I think you pay the courier. A lot of the German sat dealers have this option. Perhaps you could check on the UPS site. Have a feeling you can't give the driver cash for security reasons and it would have to be a cheque. That may present problems as logically it needs to be made out in Euro's.

Only other way I can think of would be a bank transfer. Any reason why you can't pay by credit card?

COD is a pain, you have to exact amount of cash to pay the courier as they don't accept CC.

HMSAT is reliable as Satplace, if they have in stock they will send the same day if you order before 12.

I usually pay to their bank account to avoid the Paypal charges.

wouldnt touch them with a barge pole they have had my money for nearly 6 weeks and have now said if I cant prove 100% that I am the card holder they will not refund???????
 
I bought a Clarke-Tech 5100 from them recently, after 2 months sent it back because recording did not work. They returned it in worse condition than original problem.
Don't touch them with a barge pole!
 
Well, I've never had any faulty items to return so can't speak about that aspect. Have bought dishes, 2 receivers, switches, LNB's and multisat bars from them during the past 2 to 3 years and and have had no problems either with the equipment or delivery.
 
There are plenty of shops sponsoring this site, you have the choice of picking any of them for your equipment.
