Horizon have closed and stopped all support for their sat meters and we have inadvertantly factory reset our hd-stm meter. im trying to find someone that may have the last update file still on their computer that could forward it over via email otherwise the meter becomes and expensive doorstop.. praying someone can help!
 
I have the most recent HDSM USB firmware here but doubt it would fit your meter.

There is another thread on the closure of the upgrade site nearby, the o/p had an HD-S2.

Horizon Meter Repairs

Is there any way to update the meter unofficially? I have a Birdog with the same problem but their support suggested using SatEdit and lyngsat to update the transponder list. I didn't succeed in doing that yet and the meter needs a new battery. I could buy a HDSM USB if there's a way to keep it up to date
