Horizon HDSTM meter update

Hi folks, I’m a newbie here and am trying to get some assistance with updating the satellite list on my horizon hdstm meter, the existing list doesn’t lock onto a signal on Astra 28.2 or sky… I don’t need much else on it other than perhaps Eshail 2 or QO100 (my hobby is ham radio) any help greatly appreciated.
