No chance.

My advice is to move a couple of thousand miles northwards. The official footprint maps end along the north coast of Africa!:

h**p://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/13ehb1_popd.html for Hottie 1

h**p://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/13ehb2-4_popd.html for Hotties 2-4

Here in the north of libya, the signal is ok with 180cm dish and a 0.3 db lnb. signal strength is about 60%. The signal goes weaker by moving southward and becomes dead before reaching the southren borders with Chad and Niger.

Most probably impossible to get anything from 13E but since in the past weak signals were received in Kenya and Bangalore in southern India you could have a chance but i wouldn't try starting below 5m solid and well aligned dish which costs a fortune. Even if you get a signal on one or more frequencies, so far south you cannot expect reception all the time, you might lose the signal suddenly, these are the typical Out-Of-footprint conditions.
