Figure your between Badr and Medina, Saudi Arabia?
Due south sat ( approx centre sat ) would be HellasSat 2, I would think.
Try that for a starting point

So you havent set it up from scratch then.
There are plenty of good guides about how to set up motorised kit - there are several here on this site. It will never work properly until you set it up properly.

I am sorry my friend, but that will not work on its own.
Using a motorised satellite is not as easy as some would think.
Rule 1.
Make sure the pole you have mounted the dish on is vertical, from all angles.
Next, calculate the angle you need to set the motor at, this is very important! Dishpointer.com is your best friend here, it will tell you the true elevation you need , then an adjustment is required based on your location.
Near Badr, Medina in Saudi that should put the motor elevation as 24 , should be your latitude. Dish elevation will be approx 25 ( best guess )

NO! Calculate the angles you need from your location and start with 39 East.
You waste your time any other way!

Forget the dish, for now. You need to set the motor in the correct position, then match the dish to it. Pictures would help!

I take it your location is in South Africa.
Are you trying to get C Band transmissions, KU band, or both? This depends on your LNB setup.
Even though your Longitude is 39, which equates to 39E, it might not mean that you can set up your dish on 39E, as there might not be any suitable channels, on 39E, that have a broadcast beam for your location.
Using Usals, to drive your dish, makes setting it up a lot easier.
First you set the Actuator at half way, do that it can move equidistant East, and West, of your True South position, 39E.
You then enter your accurate Latitude, and Longitude, into your receiver, in your case 24.?? S, 39.?? E.
You can get your correct position off the internet, from sites like dishpointer.com, or from various electronic Apps.
You then drive your dish, using your receiver, to a suitable satellite, preferably one nearest your true south position, 39E, wiht channels available in South Africa.
Try lyngsat.com, or kingofsat, to find suitable channels, you can receive in South Africa.
Once done you physically align your dish, on the selected satellite, and get the strongest signal possible.
You then send your dish to the furthest East satellite, of 39E, that you can receive, and the furthest satellite West, of 39E, that your motor can get to.
The furthest West satellite could be 5 East, or 5 West, depending on your options.
It might seem strange to mention 5 East, as your furthest West satellite, but that is because 5 East is further West, than your Longitude, of 39 East, even though it's listed as being East.
When you have located your furthest East, and West satellite, you note the signal quality readings, then send your dish back to your selected starting satellite, to make fine adjustments, to maximize all signal quality readings, on your satellite arc, by sending the dish to the furthest East, and West, satellites, to see if the signal quality has improved.
It actually sounds more complicated, than it actually is, it just means that you fine tune the dish/motor, until your satisfied, with the signal quality, on all available satellites.
The main basics are that your pole is plumb, and sturdy enough to take the weight of the dish/motor, and any wind force, that could affect the setup.

I think Bakeet is in Saudi Arabia, 24S 39E would put him in the water between South Africa and Madagascar! Bakheet, can you confirm this, thanks.
The rest of Mickha´s advice stands. You need to set the actuator to centre, then align the dish to 39E Hellas 2.
The correct elevation of the polar mount is very important, if it does not have a scale, you need to use an inclinometer to set the elevation, then use the dish angle adjustment to get the strongest signal on the weakest transponder. Then try moving to neighbouring satellites on either side, for example 33 E and 42 E.
Also, looking at the picture, it would appear the surrounding buildings are taller which will restrict how much of the Clarke Belt you will be able to see.
Also, please confirm how you are moving the motor, Usals or other method?
