I take it your location is in South Africa.
Are you trying to get C Band transmissions, KU band, or both? This depends on your LNB setup.
Even though your Longitude is 39, which equates to 39E, it might not mean that you can set up your dish on 39E, as there might not be any suitable channels, on 39E, that have a broadcast beam for your location.
Using Usals, to drive your dish, makes setting it up a lot easier.
First you set the Actuator at half way, do that it can move equidistant East, and West, of your True South position, 39E.
You then enter your accurate Latitude, and Longitude, into your receiver, in your case 24.?? S, 39.?? E.
You can get your correct position off the internet, from sites like dishpointer.com, or from various electronic Apps.
You then drive your dish, using your receiver, to a suitable satellite, preferably one nearest your true south position, 39E, wiht channels available in South Africa.
Try lyngsat.com, or kingofsat, to find suitable channels, you can receive in South Africa.

Once done you physically align your dish, on the selected satellite, and get the strongest signal possible.
You then send your dish to the furthest East satellite, of 39E, that you can receive, and the furthest satellite West, of 39E, that your motor can get to.
The furthest West satellite could be 5 East, or 5 West, depending on your options.
It might seem strange to mention 5 East, as your furthest West satellite, but that is because 5 East is further West, than your Longitude, of 39 East, even though it's listed as being East.
When you have located your furthest East, and West satellite, you note the signal quality readings, then send your dish back to your selected starting satellite, to make fine adjustments, to maximize all signal quality readings, on your satellite arc, by sending the dish to the furthest East, and West, satellites, to see if the signal quality has improved.
It actually sounds more complicated, than it actually is, it just means that you fine tune the dish/motor, until your satisfied, with the signal quality, on all available satellites.
The main basics are that your pole is plumb, and sturdy enough to take the weight of the dish/motor, and any wind force, that could affect the setup.
