How can i update?

Hi anybody..I have a big problem.I have mrv 2.19 and i want to update it to mrtv 1.09 with laptop.But i receive always that message ''Device not ready. Try to re-insert the CAM''...I tried all..But i cant..Any idea pls for me...

What cam have you got? revolutions? mrtv 1.09 is for the Matrix Reborn cam.
