how to manually install/upgrade cams on dreambox ?

hello
i followed your post but i cant find the file ( smartcam.config file that is located at var/etc )
i am running gemini 2.70 & camd3
d-500s
can you help me please

If you are running camd how did you install it? If your Dreambox has an internet connection you can install everything using the blue button (I install keys manually using FTP).

What is your system (enter the details into your user profile)?
 
hi there i dont have my dreambox on the net and here is how i do it
first you will need 3 tar.biz files (may be diffrent on some emus that dont need a config file)1 emu ,2 config ,3 k*ys
then ftp them over to var\temp (the bottom one)
then blue button manual install .you should see the files to install
get the files from i-have-a-dreambox site and do not unrar the files!
