u mean receiver or programmer card?, someone in encryption forum offer astro hex file.how to put/program it to my receiver(matrix reloaded 2 receiver).what do i need to do & buy,pls help.iam really noob

I have matrix reloaded receiver (made in korea) but search the whole net, still can't figure out what that I can use to update the firmware. any idea, anyone...
