Why i can not poset or edit any new thread????

is my acount disable or not active to do so?
i have been long time and did not access to the forum...
any idea? could you please do the needfull!!!

Please try to use a relevant title for any new thread. - eg "Please Help" could be asking for advise on anything from satellite reception to blocked drains

thanks for the advice although i cant find the post thread button although i did find a section that says im not allowed to post threads

Click on the link and choose your forum then on the bottom left hand side is a big blue button Post New Thread
