hi guys ive had a motorised dish on my wall for 5 years never used it so i borrowed my mates technomate 1500 ci+ just to see if the motor is still working before i invested in a box anyhow ive manged to set it all up and the dish is working fine :)

im clueless with satellites ive manged to tune in a few satellites

19.2e
28.2e
30.0w

i wanted to know how and what needs to be done to tune these in

and what the codes etc are ive added

sat = 380e
sat degree=38.0e
lnb power= on
lnb type= universal
lnb frq=9.750/106.00

all of the above are the same as the other sats but im not getting anything

sorry if this sounds daft but im trying and totally new to this

if i scroll back i get the levels and quality signal but the one i added nothing :(
76.5e telstar is showing level bar too
 
Welcome.

The majority of the satellites in the link above are below the horizon and not receivable from the Uk. In addition most are also C band.

With regards to the receiver settings, the 'sat degree=38.0e' needs to correspond to each satellite's longitude in order for USALs to motorise to each position.
 
Paksat 1 at 38E is not receivable in the UK so scratch that one of your list for starters.

Telstar 76.5E is below the eastern horizon so is absolutely impossible.
