how much of this friggin conifer tree do i need to get rid of?

i got rid of some and still no luck past 19e fook sake

Most of it on the right hand side of the trunk probably - the satellites are about 25 degrees above the horizon

Higher yet: get rid of the obvious stuff in front, to the left and up from the dish ie the stuff in line of sight.

I think those new pics illustrate the problem rather well!

I'm afraid in the end you might still need to consider moving the entire system a bit to the right, if you can.

hi, i choped a Shit load! i can now get some of 28e...but alot more chopping to go , its hard work and pretty hard for a weakling like me.


Why can i pick up 13e and 19e but not 16e? i cannot pick up anything on 16 e this is wierd.

i am happy with my hacking so far , as in, hacking the trees but its now pissing me off.

i may move the dish but this is going to alod of bloody hassle.

UPDATE........

I am now using a DREAMBOX 500s.

I can pick up sats up to 19e but the box does not get a lock to any more sats on east side...this is weird as on my technomate i picked up all sats up to 28e and even a few channels on 28e...why is this?

yesterday i did get a lock on 28e and scanned, it picked up all channel names/numbers etc but wouldnt actually transmit a picture on any pic..

any advice?
