Well, if
it's not a question of budget
then look for Torus antenna. You will need only one. They are stationary and can receive signals from up to 35 satellites. It looks like that Simulsat_8779623253_2fc9757142_o (Large).jpg I think it is beautiful and all the neighbors will like it.

The problem is that you're trying to run a marathon before being able to even crawl. You need to spend some time reading and investigating what you want to receive and then figure out what's available. Then think about how to achieve it. Without knowing what you even want makes it extremely difficult to even start giving you advice. "I want everything" is very vague and plain unrealistic especially with self imposed restrictions. You seem to be discounting motorised dishes for no good reason at all. You do not necessarily need "another stupid remote" to control it. Once everything is setup, it's fully automatic. And if you'd spent some time researching, you'd have known this already.

If you zoom-out little bit then you will see that you are well out of the footprint. ScreenHunter_262 Apr. 02 20.07.jpg In this case reception, most likely, is not possible at all.

If it's not a constant rotation & rotation on demand when i select a channel & the motorized dish controls the requested channel' satellite, maybe i'll look into that if gibertinni's not enough.

Not my goal at all. i don't wanna ruin computer's components or have a second computer constantly on just to serve me tv channels.
I need solid materials.
Have you even read the link? You don't need a dedicated computer for this. Any half decent IPTV set top box will give you many channels...

It's an internet service, so if it's subscription based, i'm not interested.

Some providers/channels are subscription, many are free. Just like on DTH Satellite.

But i have 2x DVB-S/S2, in it, but i don't know how useful having two tuners
could be if switching is available & i have support for 4 channels simultaneously
received through live pip.
It may support 4 channels BUT only from the same satellite - the receiver can only tell a switch to switch to one lnb at a time NOT 4 simultanrously

You`ve been offered very good advice with muliple options on this thread.

Stop and take a moment to consider these options.

And please stop throwing your toys out of the pram.

Just my opinion as usual.

Indeed.

A period of reflection and some serious reading will work wonders.

So true, if it's to switch positions (don't wanna be arsed doing it when i need other satellite channels).
But i don't think it's true for satellite dishes that constantly rotate..
A motorised dish does NOT constantly rotate - it only moves when you change satellite.

That doesn't make sense to me Rima, if i had 8 lnb's on a holder, why whould i get 4 satellites over 40..
& a motor involves another stupid remote control before switching channels..
It DOES NOT - the receiver controls the motor automatically via the DiSEqC system.

Yes, unless i have two switches since i have 2x DVB-S/S..

I'm still looking at all nearby satellites, then i'll make comparisions & return for more advice on lnb's if nessecary, thanks.

Question:

Considering the gibertinni dish has a size of 1.66m & i'm in the beam in my location but
10°E / Eutelsat 10A, Global (beam) requires 1.70cm dish, i guess i still can receive a lot of
channels if not the entire beam's channels, right ? or none at all ?
