information needed

Hi mhku thankyou but I seem to have a problem receiving some channels eg some 30 west clear and others not blue screen saying

Service could not be found
What might b wrong

It means your sat settings are old and that channel has gone. Nothing to do with keys.

I get the same on BBC3, BBC4 etc.

What image are you using? What emu? Can you see MTV2, Sport TV, Lusomundo?
 
Camd3 but I should get the same SCREEN message in blue on CANAL+13E and Canal +19E
