Initialising Dragon cam Help needed !

I have a dragon cam ver 2.06 which just says initialising I have tried a loader card but with no joy I have a cas3 and believe you can repair cams with it.

I have tried loading predator 364 & 218 & when I attempt to load the file I get the "common interface host" box informing me that that it's "initialising cam" & then that "ci module is not installed"

I have gone to the reapir tab in the cas studio menu & I have pressed the "repair" button & get the message "no cam found".

I have clicked the "show connection" button & get a picture of my dummy card & what I think is a dragon cam with the top removed & initials like :
TDO, TCK , TMS , TDI & GND I presume this is a way of repairing the cam but there are no instructions can someone please point me to definate instructions on how to repair this cam ?...
 
To repair the Dragon Cams bootloader, using a Cas 3, requires taking the cam apart and carrying out a little soldering work.
The full information is on the duolabs web site.
The easiest way to locate it is to start up your Cas softwair, click on repair, Dragon Cam and the Help icon, top right hand corner.
If you don't fancy doing this yourself van hoof will repair it quite cheaply.
 
I have it in bits now but it just doesn't look like the 2 in the diagram :

it's a ver 2.06 I think I have found the pins but I don't know which pin is which as the diagram isn't the same

What do you think?

It looks more like the 3x - 4x picture to me.
Your picture seem to match the second picture rather then the 2x configuration.
 
Perhaps the configuration is the same as the first picture, but they changed the layout on the circuit board.
You can email duolabs technical help, if unsure, maybe they can provide a schematic that resembles your circuit board layout.
 
Please post back, If duolabs do reply, and you manage to get your cam repaired.
