After 4 incidents within 4 weeks I suspect jumping cogs in 36V motor / actuating arm mounted 15' ft up on South facing wall of property controlling 1 metre dish. Installation around 12 years old so suspect problem will not improve and may as well change arm if I could find an engineer.

If it's only a matter of replacing the actuator why not do it yourself, it's very easy.

You can do it within an hour, and save yourself the fee.

Just make sure you park your dish carefully to east or west when you undo the actuator from the dish. At that height you don't want it clouting you off the ladder when you uncouple it.
