Intelsat 17 starts broadcasting.
First transponder - 12595 H/6666 with two Russian TV programs:
NNTV plus(Nizni Novgorod), FTA, two audio pids - 502(Russian language), 503(Radio Olzat);
vesty privolghe, BISS coded.

Very good popovp. Unfortunately 66E is out of reach for my dish.
 
If no obstacles, may be possible from London (5,94 deg elevation angle for 66E satellite ).
 
I confirm the reception of the 12596 H freq. at 7.1 db .My region is out of russia footprint of Intelsat 17

Getting these here today with relative stability. Was always a fringe this satellite for me.
