Hi getting this, its very weak, raining here, i presume its a feed ?.

ID is confusing: "Intelsat904", that is the one at 60°E.

HD feed "RUS-038" on 11085 H 3250 3/4 8PSK.

There is a new mux at 12.522 H 27500. Some of the channels like Docubox or Fightbox are FTA but most are encrypted.

You are absolutely right, the signal is quite low though! Most channels encrypted in Conax (some in Panaccess as well).

1.2 Dish 11.75db......1.5.....13db.....Imtr Dish.....10db. No special decoder, I am using two dreamboxes and DR.HD F15 for the 1 mtr Dish.

In my area 12722 H has the strongest signal around 01.00 am.I doubt it is on the African beam.

It's on the Europe/African Beam.

From the north of Bavaria with an antenna of 1.20m I miss 0.97 dB to be able to receive this frequency.
Maybe during the day there is a more favorable moment?
I do not know.
