just did a quick scan on my sd technomate and i found a channel on 12.605 h sr-13.333 sorry i don't know the sr because it doesn't say it
the channel is called euro1080wk and i think it's possibly something to do with euro1080 but i can't check because i don't have an hd receiver
 
Tried it on my Humax HD, signal there but comes up as scrambled, possibly a
4:2:2 feed.

ok, i guess it's one of the euro1080 wc feeds? possibly for the odeon, which i'm going to on sat to see the england vs paraguay game, anyone else?
 
If it is definitely a 4:2:2 feed, the Humax should in theory be a able to handle it (may be a software issue) so I suspect it might be scrambled anyway.
 
MPEG2 and FTA I think they dont seem to have any content on it at the minute.
 
via a hdmi lead from the hd reciever then using a hdmi to dvi converter to the lcd tv

or you could use a set of component leads if it has the 3 phono type connectors red , green and blue

That's how I've got my Humax plugged to the plasma screen(LG PZ42PY10). I slapped a HDMI/DVI-D converter plug on the TV & used the HDMI cable that came w/ the Humax(for now). There are HDMI/DVI cables out there for sale, just haven't bought one that has satisfied me for the moneys worth. Or they are very expensive, or very cheap & of moderate quality. IXOS has a very good HDMI/DVI cable, but the 1.5m version it's alway's out of stock here in audio shops!:mad:
 
cheers guys unfortunately it doesn't have component but i guess the dvi-d - hdmi option sounds good, would i just put the sound in through the white and red phono?
 
Yes, you need a seperate audio cable when using DVI.
