Crikey, that's a bit of a relic.

That LNB looks more like the kylstron based doo-dah's we Radio Hams used to fiddle about with back in the days before everything became black box.

You could probably cook your dinner with it, too!

Strangely enough i put a dish up today with the same logo on it :-rofl2

If its what i think it is, its probably come off a shop somewhere. The last ones i saw put up were on Telstar 12 @15w

It was removed from a house and was previously used for 2 way broadband satellite comms.

Took this today, was fitting a loft antenna and this is what had been used by the previous occupant with not particularly good results, in fact abysmal.:) The first picture is after removal from loft.

Yes normally, but this was cobbled together by someone and being in a loft, really didn't matter at the time.:)
 
Thats putting it kindly. I hope it went into the metal recovery skip at the local tip :D
 
I fitted a few of these in the past for vsat the ones i fitted where for gilat satellite broadband on hellassat 39 east infact i have fitted a few for avonline (the logo of the gilat reseller on the front of the dish) and i still install them for some companies and do service calls, The dishes are not cheap some goes for the lnb omt and buc they are also not cheap new.
