It seems like a good idea but I can't find any reports yet on how it performs, those narrow lnbs look as if they could be tricky to align.

Yes, I've played about with them quite a bit. I didn't find any real problems with alignment but I've been messing about with this kind of thing for years and if anything it was nice to be able to align the LNBs properly without using blocks of wood, cable ties, tape, or other home-made DIY experiments. ;)

If you have any questions please ask.

There's another thread about it here:

Where did you buy the MultiConnect from, if you don't mind me asking. The only place I have seen them is Satellite Superstore.

You could try one of our supporting advertsisers, I believe sateuropa.co.uk stock the system.

There have been complaints on the continent that when they get wet the signal drops hugely, and remains poor until the feed is dried off.

Really, that's interesting.

I got all my kit from SatEurope, always great service.

Yes, I read that somewhere recently, but it's not something I can comment on from experience as my setup is on a sheltered balcony that hardly gets any rain.

it's a bit off topic as i can't start a thread yet, but i have just purchased a 1.2m ALLOY SATELLITE DISH 1.3m x 1.2m (faval) offset, and was wondering if you can use the andrews c120 feedhorn and lnb on this dish or would it just be a waste of money as the offset would be different to get maximum dish coverage.

Or is it easy to adjust the feedhorn to maximise coverage yourself?
