Dear experts, We are operating a Triple Play network, delivering Voice Internet and Video to our customers. We have a Tandberg IPTV platform with over 150 channels (subscription and free to air) feeding into IP streamers and onto our network. 1. We want to provide an information channel to keep our customers updated on changes to the network. The idea is to create and store short loops of video material which can be selected and played out from a standard PC through appropriate hardware/software into the ASI interface of our streamers and then out to the network. Do you know any hardware/software products or suggestions that will allow us to achieve this in an economical way? 2. We need software to creat promotion lines in brodcast channels pitcure. That will make us generate money 3. We need to find a cost effective way to increase the number of Free To Air channels on the system. Ideally we wish to use the IRDs (Integrate Receiver Decoder – Tandberg TT1260) for the subscription channels and then find a low cost way to receive and distribute the “free to air” channels. We cannot charge customers for these channels and there is a significant demand. While we can use additional IRDs this is likely to be a prohibitively expensive solution. So we are seeking a low cost solution that can simultaneously demultiplex multiple channels from 3 satellites dishes and inject them into the platform line-up. Do you have any product will let us achieve this issue, any advice? Many THANKS; M. Sunlight
