is this muxx still broadcasting as i cant get a sniff of it although i get all the other european beam/horizontal txp,s in Ku from this bird. flysat/kos/lyngsat still list it on 11.109.H.9479.3/4 dvbs/qpsk/mpeg2... im at a loss as i used to get it a couple of months back
 
The transponder shut down several weeks ago due to pressure from Western Media.
 
I have probably got the wrong end of the stick here.
I get four channels on that transponder.
Press tv
I Film English
Hispan tv
i Film
 
No, it's listed as an IRIB TP and, as you say, is active.

However, I wish I hadn't checked as I am now glued to Conad TV on the same Bird!
 
I think the power was turned down on this muxx a couple of months ago, used to get a weak-ish signal ( around 5dB ) but haven't been able to lock it now for a few weeks, but can see it's still there when using crazyscan.
 
Well you're not far from me and it is very strong on my TD110 !
 
I only have a 1m dish now, not 1.2m as my setup info says, need to update it! Moved house and 1m is the biggest i can put up here, although i still have my 1.2m up at my old address which another family member now lives in, so do still have access to it occasionally, will check this next time i'm there!
 
I have just had a look.I am getting nothing on that transponder now.
Maybe it is their bedtime:)
 
crazyscan is showing it at 2.7db on the TBS6925 so not enough for a lock... our favourite conad-tv booms in at 92%sq
 
It is back on now.Signal 59%.

TM 5402HD 100 cm dish.
