irdeto cards

i`m a noivce here,

i`m now working in belgium and i have a standard irdeto card, is it possible to get a cloned one from anyone or can you point me in the right direction or can i do it myself i have an old elvis programmer back in the uk itv digital days?

anyway help would be greatly recieved

really? so no chance of me opening up any channels with this standard cable package, i have a condition that doesn`t let me spend a lot of money, so no funcards? no cloned cards? just a visa card and pay for them? ;(
