can anyone tell me if cyfra is still available as its not on mr2.20
 
Gone again this morning on NewcamD and S2emu here.

I'm off to find out why...
 
No, and it's not a key change either.

It's a change to nano 51 05, so don't hold your breath. It could be some time.

I wouldn't bet against it being rolled out to the other S2 providers PDQ either.

Whats a nano change? I've searched the forum and google but don't seem to find a simple explination!

'Nano' simply refers to a small piece of executable code, in this case code used to decrypt an encrypted satellite transmission. Some code is in the public domain, other code is not. The toughest code to unravel is the code stored in a protected area of memory on a smart card.

Providers will make subtle changes to this code to defeat a previously working 'hack'.
 
I have the same problem. With current key cyfra+ not opening. Any solutions please?

I believe we all need to wait till the new code is hacked.....
 
Yes..true..nothin' but waitin all I can do...The problem is w**.satsw.com is down for days now...They might have hacked the code already but we'll never know ..! am i right or there are other sites to let us know?
 
Strange enough that the site w**.stasw.com is accessable from gulf & asia but anyone trying to access it from europe gets a page not found error.
Anyway I just checked the site it still has the same software which is dated 26 feb on it.
 
I have a kaon 570 compatible reciever (HW 12.03.15 SW 2.0.0.6)
and I want to watch seca2 channels on Hotbirds.

Once upon a time,that's, 5 months ago, I was watching these channels, especially national geographic (english sound) in cyfra+ package, but suddenly they went away and never come again.

I haven't watched that channel since then.

Can anyone send the links for emu firmware for my device ?

At least give me some explanation about when possibly these channels can be watched again ?

Unfortunarely, you can't watch it anymore. Maybe in future, but now no way.
