Same problem today with that one as with 21554, 7.2dB only, no lock. I wonder if it's a footprint issue?

...and sure congrats for both of You guys, because of great new channel. Only 2 channel earlier from Chad and very nice to see also something more. Though that 2nd (45W) also only for you westeners No chance here to pick up Al Nassr Tv but maybe sometimes Electron Tv will find from C-band also..?
