Is anybody else having problems with the slowness of viewing pages on this site?
 
It was slow a short while back, there were well over 3,000 online, but it seems to have picked up a little in the last hour or so. :)

There is something slowing the secondary server down, Chris is looking into it at the moment, the main server seems to be OK though.

Hopefully it'll be sorted out soon. :)
 
Yes taking ages for me too, happening the last week or so. Thought is was something I picked up elsewhere. After 7 different scans I found nothing. Anyway too popular I say this site.
 
We should be coping with the numbers we have, but there is definitely something clagging up the system. :)

It is working fine at the moment however.

Yeah, it seems to be a lot quicker today. Whatever was done (or not done) keep up the good work!
 
Chris found a problem in one of the banner display utilities and thinks that he may have cured it for the moment. :)

Just goes to show mine was bad last night and tonight it is flying, I think there is more to this problem than just the site :(
 
International traffic. Blame our American friends for 150.000.000 computers coming online at the same time .. well .. we have to blame someone .. yes :D
