issue with double cam slot and module

Hello suddenly in my ax hd61 maxtv Croatia cam stopped to work if i put another cam module.
this Is happened After i ve tried to use a nagravision cam for Sky Italia on 9east. the same Is happened with my father's non enigma 2 receiver, but i thought It depends on receiver.
If i unplug second module, maxtv back to work.

before I've tried nagravision cam, maxtv module works together with other conax or viaccess cam. now it doesn't.

any guess?

Is the cam firmware up to date on all cams? The firmware sometimes auto-updates

Well I have not owned one in over a decade and so I am totally out of date on such things but, depending on the encryption, some you had to flash using a PC/laptop after first downloading the firmware from the authorized website, some were automatic firmware updates, of course, either of those options are limited by the storage capacity of the cam, the older the cam the worse the problem.

Perhaps there is some software embedded in the Nagravision cam that prevents using a second cam being read to minimize fraud, I really do not know so I am guessing
