I have a skystar2 hooked to my PC via my Sky minidish (locked onto Eurobird and Astra 2D) and use ProgDVB to recieve Freeview TV Channels. I have no problem getting all of the BBC channels from around the country (UK) but I am unable to get a single ITV, channel 4 or 5. Are these encrypted altgough they are listed as freeveiw or is there some extra piece of software missing from ProgDVB. Any thoughts please.

They may be listed as Free to View, but that does not mean Free to Air ,so a card is needed....................brian

Yes and a Sky Digibox, you won't get them at all with a PC satellite card.
