ITV frequencies

Hi all,
I'm sorry if this is already available. but, I have a Freesat card and Sky have given me what they deem as the local channel for ITV.
I'm led to believe that if you know the frequencies you can watch any of the other local ITV channels.
Obviously I am only interested in local news and weather, the rest is all the same.

Do you know if the frequency changes will affect ITV2,3 & 4 (coming). I am in the canary islands and can only get a subset of ITV1 (which is not a problem)but none of the others. It would be great if they were swapping with some of the regions I can get!
