Has anyone had problems with the mount moving on the pole.

Mine is mounted on 3inch about a foot above the gutter and its moved about 3 times this year.

I'm wondering what I can do to beef it up a little so I don't have to get the ladder out a few times.

Also anyone know where i could buy 4inch stainless v-bolts.

Any suggestions ?

It moves around the pole? Or does the whole pole move around? Do the bolts loosen up or are they just as tight?

Can you please post some pictures.
The Jaeger 1224 is one of the sturdiest motors I've ever had, it shouldn't move.

the mount has moved east on the pole.

the bolts were tight last time I checked.

they look decent the vbolts for being outside nearly 3 years and are galvanised, maybe swap the nuts for nylock ones ?

it's not too bad to sort out just annoying

Yes, maybe I'm not tightening the bolts up enough.

Nylock bolts are good - try them.

Yes I just did mine up with adjustable spanner, maybe this time I'll use a torque wrench or something.
