I would try jtag_up or skymax1.3 instead of jkeys.
You don't have to play with .def files.
Both programs can be found on the net if you search.

Hello,

I tryed jtag_up...start..then erased the flash and then tryed to write a flashbin..but after a while it says:Error writing flash at address 7FE00000 ACK = 00000100 Write Flash END

Do you know what goes wrong

Jtag_up and skymax work better in win98. Some people say it works
in winxp but I could never get it to work.Hard drives are cheap now,
I suggest you get a spare and throw win98 on it.
Those programs will work in win2k, but the erase function may say failed
when it actually does erase the flash. I just ignore and write a new flash
anyway.Jtag_up is actually a later version of skymax1.3.
Skymax2.2 doesn't let you save the flash first, so I don't use it.
 
Skymax is sometimes listed as skymax_up if you are having trouble
finding it. Search for skymax_up or skymax_up1.3

I have tryed it with a win 98 machine but it keeps stucking on this error (also with skymax) It looks like it won't go further on...is there anything else what I can try please...or de jkeys for this chip

i appreciate your help:(
