Joining to LNB outputs to one cable then out again

Is there any way to join two outputs from the dish into one wire then split it again? A friend was asking as he's too lazy to run another wire.

Basically there is ..it is called a stacker destacker, do a forum search for destacker if the following thread is insufficient for your needs, but it is cheaper to run a new piece of cable

Stacker/ de-stacker. Can be lossy on the stacked output so recommended for short to medium cable lengths. Can be costly, easier to run another cable.

If running a new feed, recommended to run a second if you can.

isn't there also something called unicable that means you can run more than 1 receiver down 1 cable ?

There is, but...

You have to use a special LNB at one end and the satellite receivers have to be able to understand the special signals.
