Our local supermarket had them discounted from a rip-off price to 49p last night.

57% cocoa which is near the minimum requirement in this house.

There are/were normally three in the pack but unless we have mice (again) there's only half of one left in the box, courtesy of the other half.

Still a bargain though

And tonight's extravaganza is a Macaroni Cheese, courtesy of Charlie Bigham. I'm not keen on lighting the oven just for one plate. but this apparently serves 2. Tucking in in about 10 minutes

Gü things are pretty nice, but, they're expensive for the size of the portions, we usually only get them if they're reduced cos they're near their use by date...

I certainly wouldn't buy them at full retail price, not even the key lime pies.

The Bigham macaroni was actualy quite a disappointment. The pancetta really doesn't work with the cheese (imo). Also the cat turned his nose up at it even though he is a cheese fanatic.
However there was enough for two helpings in the packet.
