There is no Ka-Band on 10.E as far as I am aware?
For 7.0E and 16.0E you need a Ka-D sub band LNB.

If you can find an Inverto Ka/Ku LNB it might be your best option. If you buy a Ka-D sub band LNB from a recognised supplier such as Norsat or XMW you will be looking at perhaps £400 +/- for an LNB.

+1 for moonbase's comment, or the one in the link iv'e just put.

I use the one in the link for Band D Ka, it's a lower spec device option but good enough for hobby use & feeds. A Ka scalar feed and transition adapter is also required..... can you see the costs rising ??
I don't wish to pittle on your strawberries but - i feel i have to mention this - Ka reception is more demanding re: set-up and type of reflector sizes etc. In the UK, Generally Ka footprints get weaker and weaker the more you travel Northwards up the country, Southern UK favours best , me in North Nottinghamshire gets a weaker signal footprint than our forum friends down south.
For maximum dish performance I personally don't recommend using mesh dishes ie: 1.2 CM for Ka reception .... they will work but not as good as a quality solid aluminium reflector of 1.2mtr or higher.
Trawl / search this forum for added information re: Ka band topics , good luck with it.
