Does anyone knows if the ka band of Astra 1L (19.2° E) is still active?
 
I guess not. Ku-band is also not in use anymore.
It's at 19.43°E (instead of 19.2°E-ish) and 0.3° inclination.

Hopefully someone with the right LNB can confirm?

For a very very long time now - On Vertical pol, Only the data freq in use with two band markers
On Horizontal pol, nothing.
