Kaon Ksc-570!!!!!

hello. could someone plz help here. ive been brought a KAON KSC-570 receiver. the receiver gets stuck when booting, showing 4 dots only on the display. doesnt start and dsnt get reprogrammed via PC, i tried several times. firstly, on the official site there are software for KSC-570 for various hardware. does any file match any KSC-570 model or it has to be specific for each hardware(I didnt find anywhere on the main board the model number!!!)but i tried all files, nothing. what can i do to fix it? im not sure cos they didnt tell me but its likely receiver has been patched with killer or wrong patch, im not sure thought. what else could it be, 4 dots? power supply voltages are all correct. plz give a hand here guys. thanks
 
And you are sure it's not 4 dots as in standbay?
 
Did this start happening after a flash attempt ??

definitely not as a standby, simply because receiver dsnt start on. im not really sure if that happened during flash attempt cos ive been brought this receiver just as it is now. i asked them if they tried to patch it but as always they say they didnt do anything, now who knows. what can i do now guys???
