Can someone please give me a link to a website where i can find a loader for a xcruiser please also i am very new to this satellite biz but so far i have managed to upgrade softwares on a couple of receivers but i am finding it difficult to understand how to load keys onto a receiver, can someone please help me out thanks a lot.
 
No idea - those receivers are not available in Europe. Try contacting the company via their website and see if they can help.

If not then you will require a new receiver.
