Key via Remote

Hi M8s

Please let me know how to change the key via remote. For example say b0 - how can i get b in my remote? the remote has only numerical keypad!

Depends what receiver you have.
Some of them allow you to use dedicated keys on the remote for alpha input.

If not, use the hex to dec convertor in the utilities section and then type them in.

I have a Samsung DSR 9500. I did not understand what ROLF was saying.

A hex to dec convertor will turn a 2 digit key into a 3 digit key.

key b0 or h2 may be ..say 045 or 211...they both mean the same thing.

Please since you are online educate me on why no one can decrypt Multichoice Africa or any channel on SECA 2 and Iredeto 2. Can you also tell me were I can get keys for Channel + horizon

There is no hack for S2 or IR2, to my knowlage only one S2 provider has ever been hacked ( SLY on 13E ). This was done by getting hold of a subed card that had a defect and keys for that provider found when the card was probed. It's not like the old days, when a full system was broken like VIA 1 and all channels that used VIA 1 where open. As for keys, look in the sticky in the keys section.

hi I'm kinda newbie here and just wondering. Where do you input this key? I'm using also a samsung dsr 9500 receiver. What is this key for anyway?
I download a file here with key's in it but I don't know how to use them for what is it really?
