Insufficient information given to be able to formulate any response, which satellite? what channels?, what equipment do you have? :-DOH2
If you are refering to Sky then this is secure so forget it

Ermm if it is patched then surely it should be opening them already?
If not you may be able to update the keys with the remote depending on the patch and knowing the method of bringing up the menu or just reflash with the latest patch.
 
mnay of the adult channnels are securely encrypted, although you should be able to open the Multivision services on TPS easily enough.
