It normally means that the embedded CAM in your receiver has been software patched to act as a 6 in 1 CAM, you can then use it for other than the original intended encryption type.

Thanks as always Rolf, however, if you have this function, is there no need for Magic or Matrix cams?

If you have a receiver with SAY, built in VIACCESS, it may be PATCHED to 6 in 1.

This makes it work just like a MM, so not only can put Via cards in the slot, you can put in SAY CONAX, SECA, IRDETO and so on.

A MR is like a MM + Fun card, it has files loaded, so does the same job.

There is a slight difference though, the ones that will patch to emulate the Freecam, like the Humax 5400, can only use 6 in 1 files, whereas the MM and MR UCAS receivers can use some legitimate single encryption cards.
