Express-AT1 is moving to 56° East, could be there already on 10 April but the published start of service is on 16 April.

Express-AT2 is now near 69.5° East, perhaps this will again be the in-orbit testing location, but I'm not sure yet if AT2 has stopped there.

Express-AT1 will be in destination 55.9°E position on 10 April, then there will be second phase of testing with modulated carriers.
Express-AT2 will be tested in 69.4-69.5°E position (the same was for AT1).

First all transponders 12160-12500 MHz were activated, with step-by-step increase of power. Then TPs 12190L and 12226L were tested.
