level 78% quality 64% but no picture!

Ok, having read through the sticky about monoblocks and LNB brackets (which I really should have done first!) the photo is a bit clearer to me now. I'm sorry if I've confused anyone through what I wrote :-DOH!

However, it still seems to me that the lnb's should be pointing towards the dish focus more and that the AB3 lnb should be higher than the monobloc. I do tend to agree with Topper though, that's an East facing wall and unless the bracket can be moved closer to the south facing wall, the wall itself may be blocking 28.2°
 
I hope I'm not wasting the time of all you experts. I know very little about this stuff. I bought this kit a few years ago on the eve of some great sporting event (Olympics, World Cup?), as my roof aerial had ceased to supply any reception. I installed it, initially at ground level on a vertical pole, and I followed instructions in French in a leaflet supplied, which I've just resurrected. To begin with, I connected only the monobloc, and played with the dish until I got a picture. To do this (it was summer) I brought the TV and all the boxes etc. out on to the terrace so I could see what effect any adjustment had. The instructions suggested that this was the dish set, and the other satellites would require only minute adjustments to the double LNB on the left.
Any slight change in the dish direction now causes the picture to deteriorate.
The wall may be a problem, but, from behind the dish, the whole dish seems to have an uninterrupted view of the sky. It would need a significant shift eastwards before the wall would appear to partially block it, certainly more than a 9 degree move, IMHO. That assumes that the dish is picking up signals from straight ahead. If they're coming in at all angles, then the wall is a problem.

Yes but that is my point, the signals are arriving at the dish at an angle of incidence to the direction the dish is pointing and not arriving actually from the direction the dish is pointing and that incident angle appears to be blocked by the wall as per my diagram. A second photgraph from a different angle would help to confirm this one way or another
 
Have a check on dishpointer, if your area is covered in enough detail. You will then be able to see if 28E is possible from that position.
 
Two photos, one taken from a line perpendicular to the north-south (ish) wall. The other from an angle of about 45 degrees to the LNB arm. Topper may be right about the wall and the signals. On Astra 19.2 the signal quality is 35-40. On Hotbird, the quality is around mostly 60.
On dishpointer, Robbo, it lists about 10 "most popular" satellites for this area, and Astra 28.2 is last on the list.

Unless you don't want the LNB arm protruding out from your W/E wall, I think the simplest solution would be to move the mount and dish closer to the front wall. Or mounting a longer offset bracket in the same position to bring the dish further away from the wall. It does rather look like the N/S wall is causing the problem.
